How much does it cost?
Classic starts at $1,995. Signature — what most homeowners choose — typically runs $3,495 to $5,495. Estate starts at $7,500. Every price is all-in: design, lights, install, season-long service, January takedown, and storage. Use the free design tool and we'll give you a range for your home.
Is the price all-inclusive?
Yes. Design, commercial-grade lights, installation, timers, repairs all season, January removal, and storage. No surprise invoices in December for things that should have been included.
What's the difference between the packages?
How much of the property we light. Classic is the front roofline and peaks. Signature adds garage, wreath, entryway, and landscaping — the full curb-appeal look. Estate is the whole property. Service is the same on every package.
Do I have to buy the lights?
No. We provide commercial-grade C9 LEDs cut to fit your house. We take them down, store them, and put them back up next year.
Will this damage my roof or siding?
No. We use purpose-built clips on shingles and gutters. No staples, no nails, no holes.
What if a section goes out?
Text us. We fix it free, usually within 48 hours. Included with every package.
When should I book?
As soon as you can. The 2026 season books from August; installs run October through early December. Peak weeks before Thanksgiving fill first.
